Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time. Specific timelines will be noted on the product page.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

International Shipping
- We ship to most countries worldwide.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
- Customs processing may delay delivery times.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly on the courier’s website.
If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at support@asaroga.com.
Delays and Lost Packages
- While we strive for timely deliveries, Asaroga is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
- If your package appears lost, please reach out to us. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you enter incorrect or incomplete information:
- Email us immediately at support@asaroga.com.
- If the package has not shipped, we can update the address.
- If it has already shipped, we are not liable for any loss, and you may need to place a new order.
Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors, building managers, or your local post office.
- Wait 1–2 additional business days as couriers sometimes mark items delivered early.
- If still unresolved, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
