Returns Policy

At Asaroga, we want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item:
- Is unworn, unused, and in its original condition
- Includes all original packaging, tags, and certificates (if applicable)
- Is not a custom or personalized item (see Section 4 below)
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@asaroga.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that do not meet our return conditions.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package—Asaroga is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- Instructions and return address will be provided via email once your return is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry
- Sale or clearance items marked as “Final Sale”
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@asaroga.com
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
- We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, we begin processing, and the order may not be canceled.
